Just had some questions about it for those that tried it. Can the phantom deal damage to the same target if there is no one else around it? Does it always do 1/2 of damage dealt or is it base damage or something? Mainly wondering for PvP, other sets probably still provide better bonuses but being able to increase burst by 50% would be quite good if it works that way.
