sharandar boon question

Hi,
i got two questions related to sharandar boons:

1. someone said that the 2% ap bonus does not stack with the high-elven racial ap bonus. is that correct?

2. did anyone of you noticed 400 damage hits of the 4th boon? are they simply added to the ordinary damage? or is it working at all? i havent yet seen any difference.

Suggestions to improve NW:
- Dualspec
- Better rewarding foundry and foundry pvp maps
- Custom PvP leagues with leaderboards instead of the current 'matchmaking'.
- Armory
- make jumping cost stamina (to reduce hopping in pvp)

    2. It is working and is on it's own line. It also has a 1 minute cooldown.
