Potential bug in PvP Queue and In-GameBug-Report Menu:

First and foremost, there is a REAL problem with bots in PvP as of late. In any given match, can usually count on seeing at least one, maybe two... sometimes on both teams. It has gotten to the point that it is actually more rare to be in a match without bots than to be in one with them.
This is an annoying problem in and of itself, but there's a further wrinkle which is the main reason I'm writing this. I play a TR (which is what every bot I've ever seen also is), and now that character cannot get into PvP matches.
The issue that I'm having is that I queue for matches, but they never go through; I just sit in the queue forever, with no matches ever popping. At first I just thought it was bad timing and/or slow PvP times, but bouncing around to my other toons in the same level bracket, I find their queues sill pop in the usual five-or-less minutes. I put in a ticket detailing the problem once, and it was responded to and fixed quickly. The only problem is the fix lasted for about a day, and once again I can't get into matches on that character.
So far, my repeated attempts to get feed-back on the re-occurrence of the problem have been unanswered. I've also noticed that when I submit at bug-report from within the game, no record of the ticket ever shows up in the "View My Tickets" screen... that might be a bug in the bug-reporting system (which would be terribly ironic).
So, having explained all that, here's what I'd like to know:
1) Is Cryptic doing, or planing on doing, anything about the issue of bots in PvP?
2) Does my rogue's problem getting into PvP matches have anything to with Cryptic attempts to curtail botting? That is, am I possibly getting flagged as a bot and that's what's causing the problem?
3) Is anyone else (rogue or otherwise) having an issue with not being able to get into PvP matches?
3a) If so, is there any work-around that I can try, that doesn't involve waiting for Cryptic to fix it?
4) Is there actually a problem with the in-game bug-report system?
Any advice, feedback, suggestions - anything, really - would be greatly appreciated. The really annoying thing is I'm about two matches away from enough Glory to get the last piece of the PvP set-gear.
...Just a few more matches, that's all I ask.
