Go to Vellosk, where Hadrik Longtooth is.
I don't know if this is working as it should be, but the fog in this place just seems too much, I can't even see the full campfire circle... Check out the photo I took at my screen (sorry it is not a true screenshot, but my Neverwinter refuses to safe files to a Screenshots folder):
And the game feels a bit heavy in the middle of the fog. Lower fps, but not critical.
