Featured quest+unfeatured quest unpublished

My quest "Cloak Tower: Cult of the Dragon" no longer shows up on the featured list, although it was featured last month. The non-featured version is has also become unpublished with error publish failed.

It looks like something has changed that makes this quest invalid?

    I just finished that quest. It appeared in my daily list.
