Profession resources no longer able to be bought in amounts up to 100

Patch NW.3.20130529d.6 added the ability to buy profession resources in quantities up to 100. Since the patch of August 26, which by the way does not have a patch number, this has reverted back to only being able to buy profession resources in quantities up to 20. Code revision control problem?
