As top players find the game easier and easier and then way too easy once they are decked out in the best enchancements and gear the game has to offer, the solution to this ease is to nerf and keep nerfing the classes so the game can still be a challenge and more enjoyable to the ultra geared out players. Actually "All the answers" I will list here:
- nerf the <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> out of the number of mobs in both T1/T2/CN with the release of expansion by 50%. This will make people want to run dungeons again.
- nerf all normal-greater-perfect enchants by 50% (of their gain > lessers, ie regular vorpal would be like 18% crit severity instead of 25%). This includes tene (2% for GREATERS)! fixes ALOT of problems in the game.
- create more pvp game types and maps.
- release the next two classes
- release T3 pvp gear attainable for 100k glory each. Also add T3 pvp mounts only usable in pvp for 50k glory.
- release another paragon path for each class that exists
- create "open world" pvp by making a "instance" of each map that is itself open world pvp so players can choose to do that, OR do the regular questing in zones. This will allow 1v1s, 2v2s etc AND some good old fashion FFA.
ALL of these would bring alot of life back to the game... You can add more PVE content, but without addressing the issues/thing people want currently, its just a bandaid on the problems.

100,000 glory.
Average 700 Glory per win, per 18-20minute fight.
Thats roughly 142 Matches.
Thats a rough total of 42 accumulative hours of PvP.

Has a point here. With those dungeons, all they've achieved are people exploiting. And once they patch that, no one will run dungeons and people will most likely quit, they will lose their userbase, congrats Cryptic morons.
Just have a look. The amount of negative feedback grows rapidly, yet they ignore. It comes to a point when everyone will uninstall the game and spread the word everywhere. I certainly hope they will, because for their machinations, they don't deserve a dime.

maybe you could try complaining less on the forums, and instead spend more time on the game to improve your own gaming skill. that way, you could potentially be OP either by skill, or OP by gear.
