Story progression...really?

I know I have made this very exact same post before, complaining about the story progression going from fighting Devils of hell to werewolves..and how silly and anti-climatic that is. But I have now went from werewolves, just generic werewolves, to...lizardmen, at level 43. This game is supposed to be FOR dungeons and dragons fans, BY dungeons and dragons fans...but any DnD vet can tell you a lizardman is on scale with an orc and goblin in the list of low level mobs to club before moving onto more heroic and dangerous fights.

This is severly disappointing as far as I am concerned. Fighting a pit fiend, one of the generals of hell...to go wack lizard folk in a swamp with sky pirates? Is this a joke? This reaks of "we want to have our own booty bay just like WoW!' Sky pirates? I know its probably apart of the setting, but man...that is some serious junk tier level stuff..

This makes it really hard to want to continue on, but since I gain levels by praying just as fast as I do by completing missions, I do not really see the need to even enter this bad zone.

Please reorganize the game and rethink the pace of it? As someone who loves storytelling and feeling heroic and all that came with playing dungeons and dragons, this is about as anti-that as it gets.
This forum set up is absolutely horrible, I cant even figure out how to get my knight of the feywild title.

I understand where you're coming from with this, but legitimately asking them to practically re-work the entire game is a bit silly, don't you think? In order to achieve what you want, they'd have to bring the game out of existence, and re-do it entirely.

Long story short, I feel you, but what you're asking is way out of question.

. . . . .While yes you can jump to places, generally you will have multiple options on where to go next. For instance, my level 39 mage is in Helms Hold at the moment but also is able to go to a couple other places. Each area is it's own story, just like how a DM narrates their adventures. The game should not be seen as one adventure, for this is a D&D game. It is the telling of many stories and adventures. How you experience them will vary on your level and what you choose to do next. Blow through the content and sure you're going to find a narrow path of choice. Take some time, gain an extra level or two while exploring or doing the foundry or other D&D relate things (crafting too), will usually open up more areas to choose from just by gaining an extra level or two. The choice is ultimately yours on how you experience the game.

Ah, you've never fought level 22 lizardman artillery or level 3 demon minions I take it.

As an experienced table-top AD&D player and DM, I can confirm that you are 100% incorrect. Which leads me to believe that either A) you have never played AD&D, or B) every DM you have ever played with is a complete and utter failure because apparently your high level characters have yet to suffer through attacks by mobs with few hit dice. Not every encounter includes a dragon.

Shall we already start to make predictions on next weeks thrilling chapter titled "Are you kidding me! Goblins rate higher then lizards!"

I expect it to be a real nail biter.
