Serious performance issues after patch NW.3.20130701a.5

Hi,
Before the patch (two weeks ago) mentioned in the title I had no problem running Neverwinter with all graphical settings on maximum. Everything ran smooth even in a crowded Protector's Enclave. Right after the patch was installed I noticed that my FPS drops to zero in Protector's Enclave when I look around and there are multiple characters in view. I noticed it also in the last boss fight of Frozen Heart where there are a lot of adds. Anyone else experiencing this and noticed the same thing?
My specs just in case I'm imagining things (I do doubt it):
GPU: Radeon HD 4890 1GB
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE
Memory: 4 GB DDR3 1333mhz
OS: Windows 7
