Pack titles not being properly awarded when packs purchased

Over a month ago I purchased a Hero of the North pack. I received all the in game items except the in game and forum "Hero of The North" and "Founder" titles. I submitted a support ticket and never got a response.:mad:

Since then I have heard members of the guild I am in mention they also have not gotten titles when they purchased a pack. This is apparently an on going issue. Some people seem to have a theory that if a pack takes over a certain amount of time to process for approval the system never awards the titles. I am curious as to how many people are suffering from this bug and as to why there is absolutely no response from cryptic or PW to support tickets on this issue.

Did you look in the User CP and check the Permission Groups for your forum title?

As for the Founder title, it depends if you bought while it was actually a Founder's Pack or after it became a Neverwinter Pack. Removing the in-game title is the main difference between the two (and things that are no longer relevant like beta access).

Silver, yes I did.
Edit: And just after I made this post, I noticed I have mail informing me that the forum title has finally been activated. I still do not have the in game titles however.

becky, even if it was after the cut off (and I don't think it was) it is still suppsoed to give the "Hero of the North" Title.

Hero of the North title for the forum, which you have to go into the User CP Permissions Groups and set yourself.

Hero/Guardian are not in-game titles.
