It seems like the rogues have the biggest problem with the capes. I am looking for something to transmute with my cape so I don't wear one because it always goes through the waist.

and no I have a character of every class, and every one of them have worn the cape. I have seen it on everyone of them.

OMFG YES! YES! YES! I have to disable the visuals on my cape to keep it from slicing my body in half and touching the front of my legs.
It's not a great solution, but at least it's something.
There is no way for me to get rid of the Marilyn Monroe wind/skirt lift effect on the long front and back dangling cloths on my Cleric outfit that happens when he is walking down long flights of stairs in Protector's Enclave, short of spending AD to overwrite the outfit with another look.
Yes. Having the cape clip though your body and stick out the front looks bad. I kind of like the looks of some of the capes, but with them constantly getting stuck in that position I don't have it show.
Also, please fix how the high collars on Control Wizard outfits clip through long hair styles. It looks terrible. If you can't fix the collars, at least allow people to change their hair style...without zen.
