Leadership rough gems not making it to currency tab?

I'm wondering if there's a known bug with the leadership skill. I just turned in 6 leadership skills on my second computer (a mac using firefox). I logged into neverwinter on my PC laptop, went to my currency tab, and there were 0 rough astral diamonds waiting, when there should have been 2400.

Is this new?

Yupp, just noticed this aswell, been on vacation for about a week, and used the gateway. When i got back home after doing atleast 50 Protect the Caravan, i have 0 rough Astral Diamonds.

Pretty sure there is an auto refine feature with the gateway. I've never seen rough diamonds when I logged in after using the gateway.

Not entirely sure, but on 6/27 patch notes there was this bit:

So maybe they were automatically refined as real Astral Diamonds?

This morning I logged onto the portal using firefox on my laptop, and completed all my leadership tasks. I then opened up NWO on my laptop and checked my currency tab, and I had 1800 rough astral diamonds. So it wasn't automatically refined.
