Instant 9 - 10k GS at 60

So I keep seeing people upset about not having high enough GS to join epic dungeon groups when they reach level 60.
This can be fixed very easy even for players that don't buy into game with real money.

Step 1 - Always pick up all kits and chests while leveling (this means buying kits from vender to open ones your class can't open on its own). What you really want out of these are the runestones and enchantments. Never use these while leveling. Fuse them to rank 5 then put rank 5's in your bank for level 60.

Step 2 - Do your dailies. Always do daily foundry and pvp, and do dungeon/skirmish until level 40 or so. They take to long to be worth it after that point unless you're doing guild groups.

Step 3 - Leadership is the only prof. you need to focus on. Try to do as many jobs through this that reward AD as possible.

Step 4 - For some players (solo) quests start to get hard at higher levels, no problem this is a good time to grind a few levels out of pvp and gain extra glory. Go back to questing when you are about 3 levels above the zone.

Step 5 - Evoke every day at least once more if possible. You receive AD and you get celestial coins. These max at 7 and when you have 7 buy the chest that requires 7. If you get the blue ward from this great if not not a problem. But if you do check AH value and sell for extra AD.

Step 6 - Once you are level 60 you should have enough Glory to buy at least 1 or likely 2 pieces from the PvP vendor. Boots and helm are a good combo.

Step 7 - You should by now have about 150k AD (more if you acquired stuff to sell on AH). Go to AH and set search to very rare and set it to search for your class only. Click on equipment and go through each piece you need. Most will be below 10k each. Please note before doing this check your class forums to see what stats are best for your class and build. Do not spend AD on shirt or pants, wait till after all of this then go back for blue gemmed ones if you have AD left over.

Step 8 - Now you have a full set of epic gear (except shirt and pants). Your already about 8 - 8.5k GS. Time to place those enchantments in. Again like above check your stats and choose proper places for enchants. Do not waste time with utility spots... they just aren't worth socketing for your needs.

Step 9 - Now your GS should be getting close to 10k and you have the GS people want. But first go to potion vendor and buy 20 injury kits and 60 level 60 health pots.

Step 10 - Now get a group for the epics you want to do BUT be smart when you do get an invite be honest with your group and explain you are new to level 60 and if they need you do to anything special they should just let you know. This will make your life a lot easier and they wont get mad when you don't do what they think you should be doing.

Step 11 - Save AD for a weapon enchant. Sell epics you win for AD to get there.

* General roles for classes

GF - duh tank, make smart pulls and turn creatures and bosses that cast cone attacks away from group.
GWF - dps, help control adds and make sure you stand on opposite side of creatures or boss to give players combat advantage.
TR - dps and maintain combat advantage
DC - buff, heal and stay alive.
CW - control adds during all fights. It's your job to keep your DC safe. dps as well but first control.

Enjoy!

Edit - Also use AD once you have sold enough on AH to buy a cat/stone companion. This helps a LOT! It's 3 extra gear slots + 3 runestones + all of the pets base stats all on your character... over 2000 extra stats!!

Yeah and then enjoy running around with only 1 bag.

LOL read the whole section.... higher levels... you get 18 slot bag in first zone then around few more zones last bag with 12 slots. Those are NOT high level. You need more help then this guide can provide.

Derp....you are probably out leveled zones by the time you are 43-45. OP isn't saying to level to 60, then go back. Cause you cannot level to 60 unless you are straight PVP or foundry. OP is talking about leveling up a few levels then going back...like getting to 48 then going back and doing the 45 level content in Icespire. You are pretty much going to start to see a level gap doing just the story line by 38, noticeable by 42, and you will out level most content by 50 until you hit 60 when it catches up to you.

You can still get the extra bags even if you are 10 levels above the quest - you just can't see the quest icons above the npcs heads. You can still take the quests though.

When my cleric (2nd char) hit 60 he had enough AD on his own to get full T1 gear (ex. shirt and pants). Probably about 40k spent, out of 60k or so he had.. With the exception of the weapon enchant which I bought with my main for about 100k (lesser). That's probably 9k GS.

Of course he still couldn't kill the SP end boss.. lol. But he's heal specced so, I dunno...

My 9k CW runs CN twice a day without failing easy. Maybe just join a guild? If you want to pug, people just see GS as an assumption of experience.

By grinding out leadership and running T1's during delves, (and selling w/e you don't use on the AH). you'll have plenty of ADs to buy w/e you want. Also, some professions, namely mailsmithing, tailoring, and leatherworking, have pretty low level tasks to make shirts and pants. These typically use common profession resources, can be done quickly, and sell for a decent amount of ADs - so you can make a bunch of these and sell them, (though you can't just directly collect ADs from the Gateway like can with leadership, so you'd have to log in to post said items).

    Alternative path:

    Step 1: Buy Zen
    Step 2: Win
    Dzogen, Moonstar Agent
    Bill's Tavern | The 27th Level | Secret Agent 34
