GG speed run

I've been in quite a few parties that speed run the T1 Gauntlgrym dungeon. I havent seen a post about it and i won't mention how it's done (in case it's a bug) but if someone could point me to a post or a GM could answer if this is a big no no or no big deal. I'd like to avoid getting in trouble and be able to tell the party an admin said don't do it as it is cheating that'd be great. Better to be safe than sorry, i put too much into my character to get banned for something like that and would greatly appreciate some clarification. P.S. I really want to know if it's punishable or just go with the flow and they'll fix it, i don't wanna fall behind because almost everyone is doing it, on reflection i can't imagine they put all those mobs just so everyone could skip them and go straight to the boss.
