LOST paragon point from respecing with zen bought item

hi - lvl 60 DC Human -dragon server- i bought the zen respec token -used it and went to respecting -heroics - np's - paragon tree- ONLY 31 points- will not let me have my 44 points - plz help me - i have filed 4 help tickets and get NO help - now starts day 2 and i cant even play my toon all gimped up n <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>-

Since when do we have 44 points on Paragons trees? As far as i know, we have 20 Heroics feats points (23 as Humans) and 31 Paragon feat points at lvl 60.
