Individuality and realism

First i would like to say great job so far! It feels like you have taken a lot of what people really liked from other MMO's and included them into Neverwinter. Companions, Appearance slots, and Dyes. However you still have some work to do.

First, with the fact that all types of gear have all types of stats there is no reason for shirts, pants, belts, boots, cloaks, rings, and amulets to be class specific, with the exception of chain mail pants/shirt. That said I think that everyone should have the option of wearing cloth shirts and pants. and the DC, GWF, and GF should have the OPTION to wear chain shirts and pants. Also Boots should be made of cloth, leather, and plate but not chain mail. For once in a game I would like to dress my character like he is not HAMSTER. A good example would be a Cleric in say chain mail. I would like to see a Simple helm, Chain mail Hauberk, plated girdle, leggings (not chain), leather boots. this is the way a person would look wearing 12th century armor. Most Plate armors had some underlying chain mail, and most chain/leather had underlying cloth padding. I would like to see this as an option.

Second, we need more colors, the only thing redeeming about Guild Wars 2 was the absolute enormity of the colors of dyes that were available, and the fact that once you found/discovered them they were usable forever on that character. now if your looking for a revenue stream( and that is why dye packs come from zen) I would suggest a crafting material called mordant, in real life this is what stains the material, that can be purchased via zen/AD or whatever and used to craft the dyes via alchemy.

Third, More appearance slots and items. Why not make some appearance items craftable? There should be leggings, hose, shoes, boots, caps, doublets, singlets, overcoats, shirts, pants, ruffs, robes, tunics, there is all manner of dress that can fit in these appearance slots.

It has been said that you are committed to allowing people to have maximum customization of their characters, this can only be achieved by loosening up the dyes and armor skins, the easiest way to do that at this time is to allow these minor changes as options for everyone.

I would also like to see more cloaks

Fourth, guild emblems in the form of tabards/standards/shield emblems. it would be nice to be able to register a guild heraldry of some sort and then have that displayed on the GF shield and a tabard.

And Finally, I would like to see more weapon options. GF broad sword, Mace, hammer, axe, pick; GWF Spear, Broad axe, halberds; DC holy symbol skins that change by deity and shields, TR Clubs, Short swords, sap, hand axe, buckler shields; and finally the CW, wands and staves.

I tend to agree here. Compared to Cryptics other work, neverwinter is woefully short on character individuality, from the limiting of classes to single weapon types and rigid ability trees, to the shortlist of classes and agonizingly repetitive armor.
Unfortunately, it is my suspicion that PW is pushing them so hard to make more lockboxes that they just don't have time left to fix things and make any worthwhile content. The same thing happened to Champions Online after PW took over: no more powers or costumes, and suddenly a deluge of useless/annoying lockboxes and temporary 'event' content that clearly should not have taken months to build.
