Multiple savage enchants dont give stats

Found a big issue when I enchanted two items with savage enchants (rank 6).
Only one of the enchants gives increases my stats, the 2nd one doesent count for anything.
This is an issue since I want to use both my enchanted ring and necklace but now I'm stuck with a useless enchant in one of them (that will cost me 80k AD to remove...)

Anyone else noticed this bug ?

    I think that this is a known issue. As far as I am aware, there is not yet a fix for it.
    The right to command is earned through duty, the privilege of rank is service.
