Healing Word CD reduction

Don't know if there are other posts about this, but I was wondering if Healing Word is ever going to be affected by recovery/recharge speed increase.

    Wouldnt hold your breath, people have been asking for this change since the 25th Apr and before, along with the bastion of health excessive cool down. It's fairly disappointing in all honesty, perhaps they are waiting until they add a healing paragon path so they can add a passive that reduces healing skills cool downs.
