Request/Suggestion: Transferable Personal Asset Library

Any chance we can get an Transferable Personal Asset Library?
I have a recurring NPC, that I intend to use in at least 2 (possibly 4) quests; but every time I start a new quest I have to recreate him from scratch.
Surely it would make sense for us to be able to transfer customised assets (NPCs) between different Quests in the Foundry, have them in a Personal Asset Library that is accessible from the foundry across all Quests/Campaigns.
Seems like common sense to me.
