Foundry - Cave Set - Broken Beyond Use

OK, been trying to use the Cave Set in the Foundry.
No matter what "room" you place the default Spawn Point is ALWAYS in a wall, or some other "solid".
If you move the Spawn Point, or add a Respawn Point, the XYZ references fail and you spawn in mid-air above the "instakill level" and die.
I have tried almost every room in the last hour or so and every single one is the same.
As it stands the entire Cave Set is unusable.
