Groups (dungeons/skirmish's) probably pvp too

I read somewhere that players who leave a group or disconnect (and don't come back) should be replaced with someone of that class. However so far I have not seen this happen, still, empty spots do not get refilled so fighting all the way to last boss encounter is an absolute waste of time and effort when this happens. It is a huge letdown for the game and needs to be addressed please.
