Lately around of 10-30% of PVP DOMINATION players are bots. (BOT -program that emulates player behaviour)
Why there is no bot reporting?
How to spot a bot?
It does not respond to questions or commands.
It does not mount horse so far. (clue)
It's core is LOW.
Bot is easy to SHIFT dodge(very easy kite to death)
So if like 100 people will report bot suspect will it be possible to ban account x after looking at score?
Second idea pictures, press shif1 or shift2, shift3, always different, server side.
I can not post botter account name because my account may be suspended, but developers policy is that you can bot and be ok but you can not report on forum because your account will be banned.
Community manager will not say a word about it because he does not give a dime about it.
So listen mr community manager i may spend money on game anymore, you like it?

Here is one really major draw back to taking a screen shot trying to claim someone is a bot.
I have been accused during a match of being a bot when I wasn't and I was even responding to the comments of the other team trying to claim that I was an afker. One guy even said he was going to take a screen shot and report me. My score wouldn't have reflected or helped defend me because my team had bailed like they normally do once they face a team that has their **** together. So my kill to death count was horrible. Yet they didn't stop at assuming I was a bot regardless of how I responded in zone chat.
So a screen shot can easily be used to incriminate an innocent player. Screen shots alone should not be a factor what so ever in condemning a player of afking or using a bot.
I've reported a couple in game, I think my favourite was three rogues all doing the same actions.
They were nicely grouped for aoe

You can look at amount of damage done, heal done(excludning overheals)
Communicate to verify you are not bot.
I mean if someone had like 50 reports from his own teams its not a clue?
Captcha verification, read code or something for pvp.
There should be report AFK also.
And leave PVP punishment like 30 minutes no PVP nor skirmish nor dungeon.
OK Proof of Red team BOTTING(can send image with account names):
I mostly do not respond to people, and deffinitly not to someone saying I'm a bot and being an *** about it.
I also don't use mounts because what is the point? Zones are so **** tiny there's no need for it.
Also reporting should do it, but leaving it to the players to ban someone? pffts no. Let GM's do their job.

GM workforce vs Botters = Botter won.
After being reported by 50 people, you can be investigated - rank, damage, heal done, time spent in game, behavior pattern analysis.
Players vs Botters = Everyone loses. We see this evident in the chat spam and ban players are in control of. It'd be same thing there.
Why should it take 50? Shouldn't that be done after 1. If the person is not guilty of it, nothing will come of it. Either way GM should always be in the middle of that when bans are issued out.

But scale is like hundreds of thousands characters(accounts), so ban will have to be algorytmic(program not human based, appeal could be GM related.)

Free to play=Limited processing power, limited workforce.
It is all database, limited in size logs. So ban can be algorytmical.

And answer me this. Just how easy would it be to edit a screen shot to make it look like a player was afking or botting? Just how easy is it to take all those zeros and put them onto a fake score board to get someone banned for botting or afking when they weren't?
A screen shot is not valid as a piece of evidence because it can be doctored or used to frame innocent players.

Except, you know, that Cryptic will be storing the results of matches and so can easily check. And false allegations woudl be a really great way to get your account banned......

You honestly think cryptic is going to put man hours into collecting every single pvp match results to varify who is afking and botting? They can't even make a simple fix to pvp and you expect them to put together an investigative team to monitor and confirm bots? They have to collect screen shots of players who claim to have found a bot then they have to dive into the huge pit of endless matches to try and determine if the screen shot you sent in is accurate? Multiply this by a thousand or hundreds daily and you have yourself a task that would require a full team of people working on daily just to catch some botters? Not realistic.

There is match time, match ID, it can be put in ticket form including players and accounts for automation.
