Takedown on Miss?

I'm getting full cooldowns when it misses instead of the typical ~3 seconds pre-patch. Bug, or am I missing something? (other than my target :x)
2 GWFS, 3 TRs, 2 GFs, 1 HR, 1 CW

    I think it is broken now. Berserker's set is broken now. When they tried fixing the cooldown for the set now it doesnt even work.

    PvP or PvE?

    iiirc a dodge in PvP causes a full CD to occur on TD. If it's PvE, it could just be due to lag.

    Edit: Didn't see that they just pushed the Class Balance patch. It's probably broken. I'll check on my GWF later.

    In Dungeons, i only used our lovely stun abilities as if they were our Shield block. Works wonders on a tougher mob fight that CW's can't push. In PVP... don't miss.

    Confirmed broken. Tested it before respec and after. 10.1 CD even when missing.
