I honestly don't have the time right now to get into all the things I would correct for you (I really have to go in like 15 seconds), but not having Foresight and not having Repurpose Soul are recipes for fail.

how big is the "Small AoE" on Repurpose soul? the fact that it states that it is "Small" was the reason i did not take it.

and i can just not see taking off 15% healing bonus or extra Divine Power for 6% damage reduction. Obviously i am open to the suggestion that i am wrong. but i would like to know why.

Healer's Lore doesn't give 15% more healing, it makes your "healing" spells 15% more effective. Big difference it only affects certain spells, not all the healing your throwing out.
Foresight was really important for staying alive since DC's were the primary tanks pre-patch, I'd say it's still our best class feature though, it's not only for you but for your party members too. Heal all of them with sunburst and you get 11% damage reduction. While we won't be tanking as much anymore it'll still be vital for mitigating down time on AS I'm sure.
BotS is our best atwill because it provides passive divine power gain, so you'd want to run that. I doubt I'll run astral seal post patch since it has subpar dmg and the healing is pretty terrible, it was just useful for cleansing.
Bastion of health is terrible, it doesn't really heal that much and it has a huge cooldown, sunburst (decent aoe heal, short cooldown) is by far our best spell for divine power and AP regen, not to mention for procing things like foresight, linked spirit if you run it, and several other things.
I don't know why you'd run thsoe two dailys. They're pretty similar and you wont be having them up at the same time so pick one and take a dmg spell as your second one for situational use if it arrises, I prefer flame strike, since it's aoe.
In terms of stast you'll probably want Recover>Crit>Power. Power is just a dump stat for once other stats are capped or being hit hard by the diminishing returns. It doesn't actually scale very well.
In terms of the the area effect for repurpose souls I thought it was comparable to that for FF, I could be wrong on this. Either way it's still free heals

What are considered "healing spells" then i was under the assumption that if a spell heals it is a healing spell.... or does it just mean it does not effect the Hot's?
