Nigthmare bug

i acquired my nigthmare in a nigthmarelockbox. after 2 days i decided to use it on an other character and send the nigthmare to him via mail. after i used the nigthmare on this character it got soulbound and if i put it on the mountshortcut (keybind "6") and press 6 just nothing happens. no error and no mount.

that was one week ago. my ticket is unsolved.

somebody knows a way to ride it?
