foresight question

is there a way to tell if this is visibly working on people? and it mentions if im healing someone they get the buff, but generally it seems like not much is HoT so does this really only work with healing word?

    i noticed it works nicely with seal, when i debuff mob, all party members has foresight immidietly.

    i dont even know how to tell they have it, is it a buff icon? and how long does it last after a heal?

    in party u can see same buff icon on party members as have your foresight
