So, I put in a ticket over a week ago:mad: Haven't heard anything aside from the auto response. Will i ever get a response? I'm trying to recover almost 100k astral that was lost due to a mail bug! I have supported the game with zen purchase yet i feel like the customer service is severely lacking and in my case non-existent.

You might eventually get your ticket closed with a massive wall of irrelevant boilerplate, if you're lucky.

Only a week? You've got a while to wait then; I've got one over two weeks old for an issue of at least as great severity.

I lost 50 or so enchants from a mail bug. My ticket got deleted because they didn't want it getting lost or something. Don't hold your breath.
TL : DR? Then don't waste my time responding.

You mean you deleted 50 or so enchants because you weren't paying attention to what you were doing. Click "take item" first, THEN click "delete".

More like they where using the enchant exploit and mailed all of the goods to an alt account and it was deleted after being banned.

Based on my experience they are experts at auto responses and giving you the run around.

I submitted a ticket over a month ago on the very first day of guardian pack 3 day headstart for not being able to claim the Adventurer's Helper pack. Due to having pre-purchased the guardian and neverwinter starter kits then refunding the neverwinter starter kit when they announced it only giving one bag per account instead of per character as originally indicated. I believe this refund caused an error in the system unflagging my account for the helper kit completely as there was one in both starter packs.

Anyways since that time I have submitted over a dozen tickets to get my purchased health stone in the helper pack all of which have gotten an automatic response indicating it will be reviewed in the order received then closed without any solution. An email sent to my account with the automatic response states to update the ticket on the support website if your issue was not solved which would work if the support site didn't have an infinite loop known issue not allowing players to log into it.

All in all over a month later and still submitting the same ticket over and over so I can get what I payed for!

Good luck getting a solution of your own...

So, you're the one backing up the CS queues?! (j/k)

One ticket per issue should suffice. Sending multiples of the same ticket just bogs down CS with unnecessary duplicates.

I don't know if it's the case with neverwinter, but in several other online games ticket bumping usually puts your ticket at the end of the queue...you know, cause patience is a virtue :)

Or didn't read that you can not take items out of the mail if you have a full inventory. :)

Well I highly doubt duplicate tickets are bogging them down, it would be surprising to see someone on the forums actually post that they got service, the only thing I see are people who have waited week upon week. Good luck in your case I hope it gets resolved.

I've been waiting about a week now for them to respond to my support request. My account was hacked and my main character was deleted. I asked for it to be restored, but haven't received anything other than the automated response. I have supported PWI and this game with money, but I will no longer support them if their customer service continues to be this awful. I would be appalled and ashamed if this were my company.

If you hit H to review your tickets you can see that they will frequently just close with no response.

I got a response to a ticket 15 days after submitting it so it looks like my estimate of up to 10 working days after submitting a ticket is right.

Sorry for all the blocking out but forum policy prevents me from posting the actual content, the dates show up just fine though.

I have a ticket that is now more than 20 days old and still no response. I made another ticket that got answered after 3 days, I assume that they just ignore tickets they don't intend to do anything about, which is rather annoying.

Otherwise I have no clue why it can take up to / more than 3 weeks for them to answer to simple tickets
