converting man at arms to adventurer

read on the net that you can do this through leadership and adventurers into heroes I understand u need 4 man at arms to make 1 adventurer and 4 adventurers to make 1 hero im lvl 14 leadership and don't see any job that lets me convert them I see mercenary to guard but that's about it
