    sounds like D&D slang. I imagine two Orcs in heavy armor standing at their post. this discussion occurs:
    Orc 1: "Ugh this itch is killing Grognar!"
    Orc 2: "What itch?"
    Orc 1: *points to genitals* "Grognar get kobold infection!"
