Johari: Talk some sense into them!

Female Half-Orc asks you to help convince the Guards that we, (Half-Orcs) aren't bad. Any Half-Orcs know if this is actually a quest with an ending, or just something to add a little flavor? I skipped the skirmish, and the delve in the Tower District, so I am thinking that I may never figure this thing out.
