Sanatorium Quest Keeps Crashing

For the past few days, I've been trying to enter the Sanatorium quest instance and it keeps crashing. Without fail, when it loads halfway it loses the connection to the server.

    This is happening to me too, but my character is stuck there...so every time I try to log in I hit the bug. Can't play the game until fixed I guess.

    Figure out anything to fix it?

    Maybe we should open a support ticket :)
