Loading screen is taking forever - Patching server lag?

Since today, when I have loading screens, it takes forever to load.
I timed them: 5 upto 9 minutes on every single loading screen I get.

In the upper left corner it says: "Patching x files, y bytes/s" where x varies between 4 and 9 and y remains 0. The loading bar right to it does indicate someting is loading and the x decreases gradually.
But on every-single-loading screen i'm stuck for minutes.

Something seriously wrong with the patching server?!

Turn off "On-Demand Patching" from Laucher options and restart it, then let it fully patch the game.

ok i did this, so till now it was patching on as needed basses. but with this its gonna do it all at once?

also was there a big patch today or so much stuff from before has not been patched yet. since the patch is 1.5gb at least.

Yes it does patch the game fully. You'll no longer download any stuff while playing since the launcher will check if there's something new to patch before starting the game.

Same issue here, ever since the new patch today. I also have "On-Demand Patching" disabled, the load menu just freezes at 100%.

At first it just happened on 1 out of my 5 characters, managed to switch several times. Now i cant even get into the game on any of them.

I and a friend of mine have also been experiencing latency problems post-maintenance.

I have on-demand patching on, but she doesn't.

While watching my latency i have seen up to 44,000 ping. Standing still sometimes it will get down to npc's moving around right so then i try to move and it goes to 2500 +. Last patch has made this game unplayable for me also. I can atleast over 20 min. get my proffs done and ctrl i one time. But this is all i do now.

Same problem here. On the off time I do get in the game, EVERY graphic setting is at it's absolute minimum. Ordinarily I have most of them at maximum, and the rest between half and 3/4 maximum.

The problem seems to be Protector's Enclave only. Logged in with my friends computer that works and travelled away from there and then logged in on my own computer and got in just fine.
