Interupt

Simple question really : Does interrupt work on normal/epic dungeon bosses?
Is there diminishing return?
As GF i'd like to know this cause my choice on feat would greatly depend on it.

    There have been times when I have used an interrupt on a quest boss and it repeatedly didn't seem to work so unless this a bug then I am assuming some boss abilities are immune to interrupt. Given the game is still at an early stage and people are figuring out the best builds sadly it is likely that you will have to respec at some stage.
