Newerwinter online - Control Wizard unfriendly

1. a lot of spell CW are useless at end-game look like storm pillar... time to cast is long but dmg is tragic
2. first two epic dungeons there is no rare drop for Control Wizard
3. Seals shop - no items for CW increase + power
4. I have over +4700 power but still rogues have overal triple dmg, dmg of CW spell are low
5. CC spells in epic dungeons are useless because all is about DPS. If i stun 1 enemy...it havent any effect. Also all AOE dmg spell CW have very long time to cast and very low dmg.

Storm pillar need patch. At this form is total useless. Make it channeling only look like ice beam. Or add DMG and aoe range.

    Learn which encounters are control resistant, swap out powers that work for those, profit! ;)

    But you get seals which get you good gear.

    You are not a pure dpser, don't think like one. If they ever impliment War Wizard, that's the one that will get the more +power gear. If you want pvp gear, there is that.

    Again, you are control, the idea is that you are doing more control for lower damage. Quit comparing yourself to other classes, just try to be the best control wizard you can be. In dungeon runs i'm usually second behind rogues in damage, unless the dungeon needs more CC, then i'm lower, but it's my job as Control Wizard.

    I have no idea what spells you are using, but so far i haven't run into that problem at all. Bosses can't usually be controlled, but adds almost always can, at least with what i'm using.

    I will agree with this one, i tried it out a lot and ended up repecing out of it, just very underwhelming.

    There isnt any drops with the stats you want beacuse the CW aint made for DPSing. The more i play the less i can keep up with the dps, both Rogue and GWM beat you in the end. What you can do is live with it, and focus on what the party needs (CC). The first epic dungeons is a joke when it comes to challenge and you can beat em with ease even without a tank, but the dungeons in the end will need your CC. Things could change with a new path, but i doubt it really since a "Warlock" striker will come.

    As for stomrpillar and such, well the CW got tons of useless spells when it comes to the end. What you do is CC and then spam the same magic missiles as you did at lvl1. HURRAY!

    I agree with storm pillar being junk, no rare drops in dungeons and the seal equipment being useless.

    That said, I think we do pretty good damage though because of queue times I haven't done a ton of dungeons (level 52 and probably 10 dungeons total) but have always been top 2 for damage done. I also focus all power/crit with a renegade build so I'm not doing nothing on boss fights.
