No option to disable character speech bubbles?

I looked through the Neverwinter options and couldn't find a way to disable my character speech or chat bubbles. Everytime I say something in zone chat, a speech/chat bubble appears over my character.

    can't find an answer myself, and yes I necro'd this...maybe someone will answer
