So I went to play previous Friday and withdrew all my Astral Diamonds and opened the shop afterwards. That caused me to crash and after logging back in I noticed all my AD where gone. I've tried to contact the support, but 1) I can't log in at the support page with my account for some reason (it sends me into an endless loop) 2) I tried getting contact with a 2nd account, but I haven't heard from them in a while. Anyone having the same issue? Or know a way to get it fixed? Or maybe a slight chance a support guy visits here *fingers crossed*
I'll tell you when I log in, but maybe you should report this to support, so they can do a check into their information to see how much AD you had and if you did spend it or if it's just a display bug and it's still there according to their data.
You probably did, but just to make sure... Did you check the "Z" button at the top of your screen? Perhaps there was a hiccup when you tried to transfer them & they're still there? *crossing fingers*

Yes, checked every where. My current AD amount is 0 (well, 2k something of what I managed to get myself). And the amount I can withdraw is also 0, which was 2m before the crash.
Bummer, I'd hoped you'd say, "D'OH! I forgot to check & they were there!" Unfortunately, when everything was offline, there were a lot of people asking on the Twitter feed about their support tickets & the answer was, "The support team is working on them as fast as they can, but there are A LOT of tickets so it's going to take some time." I hope they get to yours quick though, if it were me I'd be totally freaking out!

Also, I'm freaking a bit out. Though I guess this problem helped me a bit, I would have spend to much AD for ZEN. And right now, I think the prices are still to high, maybe they'll drop in a few days :P
