UI question

Hi there,

I am trying to find exactly how I want to ask this in search but cannot find what I need; just clarification, not complaining.

I notice that there is no free movement of the pointer, and so with that I am unsure how to access the toolbar at the top of the UI.
Is this because you do not need to freely move your pointer (mouse pointer) around and can access each button on that toolbar elsewhere?
If so, how, where? I've been fooling with it and the "options" menu doesn't help, at least I cannot find my answer there either.
Sorry if this seems 'dumb' but I really would like to know the answer, get feedback.

Will professions be available "live"? If not what level do I need to be to 'learn' and where do I learn them?

Thanks much...so far the game looks great - except I am having a time adapting to the lack of having a free moving pointer :p

Thanks in advance

As the tutorial said, press ALT to get your mouse pointer.

This isn't your "tab target" type of MMO. It's an action based.

Keep leveling and you will get your professions. I think it's level 10.

Alrighty, thanks a bunch. I can see it's not typical but that's fine, I can adapt.
    Again, thanks!

You press Alt to enable cursor mode, but it will only interact with the UI. Interactions with the world are done with F by default.

You can lock onto a target by pressing and holding Ctrl, though this isn't necessary for most encounters or classes.

Good to know, thanks. I don't mind the combat style, I was more concerned with accessing the toobar and I've just been used to the other mmo's that don't need to be named. I appreciate it :)
