If u have such problems just download this http://download.perfectworld.com/nw/launcher/Neverwinter.exe
Start it. Game will update and you will be able to play.
Anyways pings from EU are 1,5 k now so game is unplayable.
You hit mob, his hp does not drop and suddenly u fly away like 50 feet... really ?
