Just 3 character slots really

that's all I get I can't even buy anymore according to the character list JhbL2rI.jpg
unless it's unlocked later on.

    I have six slots available (HotN+Guardian). Are you sure you can't purchase more slots? Two for 500 Zen. The message may mean that you do not have 500 Zen on your account.

    Are you sure you have enough Zen for the purchase?

    (On a side note, I get 2 slots so you're lucky...)

    Do you have any Zen? Character slots cost 500zen (for a bundle of 2). Try going into the game, hit Y and check out the Zen shop.

    Also note everyone else only gets 2 slots, you got a 3rd as part of your guardian pack
