How do i call Billing?

So I bought the Hero package, but I already had the Guardian one which I would like to have refunded, I have seen other people saying they called billing to do this, but I cannot for the life of me find the phone number, could someone help me out here?

    You don't; Billing doesn't do phone support. You have to use the website.

    Or if it bugged and you cant use it you need to find the email address and use that instead.
