no redeem key ,help

I am having troubles starting the game down load or game it self as i have no redeem key is there a step I missed?b:cry

    I know that we wizard are the smart ones but i think you got the wrong place to post that :d

    Sorry, but if you don't have a Beta Key you can't download the game client at all (if that download still works that is.) If you did enter a game key and it does not work, click on the Perfect World Support link up at the very top and fill out a ticket. If you have any further questions on this, please read the first post or section on my FAQ.
