Based on what I saw on preview server I want to point out one thing about companions going to celestial and their upgrade. With upgarde many of companions player bonuses are going up also the enhancement bonuses and here is my point. In my opinion it is ok that stat bonuses went from 7,5% -> 9% etc. but bonuses which do dmg are reworked in wrong way. For example Black Death Scorpion dmg mag went up from 112 - > 135 basically all comps get +20% dmg boost on their enhancement powers and ... they still won't be used by players despite upgrade. Why? Because proc chance is too low. Instead adding more dmg (which in my opinion is already ok and don't need boost because it's magnitude damage calculated based on player IL etc. and not static value - it will go up anyway with players IL) you should leave dmg as it is and make proc chance higher in the Black Death Scorpion example from 10% -> 15% (not to high but slightly better to not create over powered equip bonus).
Some solution would be to upgrade proc chance based on when it proc/on which powers being used with lower chance on powers that got lower cooldowns/faster recharge speed:
Now: 10% chance to proc on hit (some comps got 5%) -> Could be: 15% chance to proc on hit
Now: 25% chance to proc on encounter -> Could be: 30% chance to proc on encounter
Now: 10% chance to proc on at-will (some comps got 15%) -> Could be: 15% chance to proc on at-will
Now: 20% chance to proc on daily (some comps got 50%) -> Could be: 40% or 50% chance to proc on daily
Now: 10% chance to proc on critical-hit -> Could be: 15% chance to proc on critical-hit
There are also defense type bonuses that triggers when player is being hit by enemy:
Now: 20% chance to proc when you are critically-hit (or on deflect) -> Could be: 25% chance to proc when you are critically-hit (or on deflect)
There are other enhancement bonuses which I didn't covered but yes ... tbh this is not my job. I just want to give hint how to make game better. I belive that getting proc chance higher (but only on upgrade from mythic -> celestial) could encourage players to create new builds, more variations and use different companions also making it worth upgreading them. For now everyone uses same 5-7 companions in utility/offense/defense slots out of 200+ comps (i may be wrong with number) depends if someone is dps/healer/tank so what's the point of rest companions being in the game?

Someone went easy on companions upgrade and simply done +20% dmg mag and +20% on stats and he didn't think it through - it's a bit of shame (saying this as software developer myself).
Portobello DaVinci now gives 2.4 to all attributes messing character charts.
Ox Stot enhancement bonus didn't changed at all (i think cause there are no stats to upgrade or no dmg mag to upgrade in this equip bonus).
Succubus and Incubus same story as Ox Stot.
Eric the Cavalier same story as Ox Stot.
Captain Elaina Sartell now enhancement power deals dmg equals to 9% HP to all enemies in '15 range every 10s - will be funny to see how dps jumps in the group of mobs this is better and do more dmg than Blazing Aegis rly won't this be over powered?
Basic Bok now gives 120% movement speed well this will be fast - won't players run away from enemies and enemies will lose interest resulting in quite many speed runs "ignore enemies just run from them to campfire stay dead on campfire mobs will get back to their initial positions after they lose interest".

Same companions enhancement bonuses triggers all at once for example (Tomb Spider + Wererat Thief + Rat Pup) or (Vicious Direwolf + Black Death Scorpion + Shadow Elemental) if one triggers then all trigger - worth to fix it maybe?
Remorhaz enhancement bonus power don't work / trigger at all.

Skyhold's Arms bonus is not working (yes i was in Skyhold) despite that I got question how it will work on AoE
- if with daily power i will kill few mobs at once then will all of them spawn ghostly skeletons?
- it doesn't seems to have cooldown and skeletons suppose to last 30s if I kill one group -> they spawn skeletons and then in 2-3 sec I jump to other group will they also spawn skeletons?
Flames of Kossuth this seems to have no cooldown and there are certain builds that allow you to spam dailies like every 10-15sec depends on how many mobs were/attacked killed for example - this may be over powered item creating something like "constant" 300 mag dmg around you and debuffing enemies every 10s cause of "fast refresh".
Worth to think about it now instead doing many patches later imho.
