Simple Stronghold changes for playability

When you are maxed in elemental strands any new ones auto convert to chromatic strands for stronghold donation. For Sharander, fomorian concotions that are obtained in the Master of the Hunt Skirmish should be able to be donated for Fey Trinkets in the stronghold. In Icewind Dale, Caer Conig coins should drop again. The first two would restore the balance with respect of the stronghold that existed before the modules were updated. I am not sure why Caer Conig coins no longer drop but that was part of the stronghold balance as well.
