Stronghold Bulk Donations!

The bulk donations options in the Stronghold is great. Could you please add a couple more conveniences to it to make it easier to use? Here are two that immediately came to mind after trying to donate a lot of Professional supplies:
1. A tooltip pop-up when mousing over the crafting item to donate that shows the level/tier of the item. I have full bags of crafting items and I can't remember which is which (pine (70) vs Maple (2) for example). With a tooltip I can at least make sure I am not donating all the high level stuff I may need next time I craft.
2. An option to lock Professional supplies that I don't want included in the bulk donation. Items such as Myrrh or other crafted items I would like to keep and not have to search for on the list. Allow us to "lock" these in our crafting bag that excludes them from the bulk donation.
Thanks for the upgrade to the Strongholds, hopefully there are more in the future.
