Greater Shards of Empowerment - 6/27

I did not receive the 10 shards of greater empowerment in my claims area during the jubilee event / anniversary. I participated daily and got the other rewards. This occurred on June 25. This was not listed in the rewards for Jubilee, but all the other players I associate it received them. No one can explain why I didn’t receive them or why they were given. PS5 (PS4) player. Support directed me to this forum.
