The encounter hindering strike will not activate nearly 70% of the time i use it. It shows on cooldown but deals 0 damage and does not even apply roots. This is the same on warden and hunter also the bug is across all platforms. It has become worse about not procing since the new module has dropped and the new updates to warden have been released. Please fix and adress this issue.

    I am in PC. Hindering strike is my main attack for mob. Usually, it is the kill shot. All I can say is it works for my Warden (in PC). If it does not, it would be very noticeable to me. I don't know if it applies root but the rooting animation did show up.

    Yes, it's bugged on my HR on PC as well. Makes the class unplayable for endgame content. Will be changing to another main until it's fixed.
