Did RC today "The Cloak Tower" apparently Daily powers were supposed to be blocked but it was not like that for the Bard (DPS).
Had Research equipped and the healing one. The Research Daily Power was blocked while filling the daily power but both daily powers were available to me and usable once it reached 100% fill.
