Just heard the news that we're getting a new CM, this is very good news indeed. Hopefully now there will be more regular communication and discourse between the Devs and the players and questions won't go unanswered continually. Hopefully when they are answered it will be honest and forthright instead of vague or even being totally ignored. There are so many players who love and support this game who just want information but it rarely if ever happens. We're always left clueless as to why things are done (or not done) to our gaming experience. GL to the new CM and hopefully he won't be MIA like has been happening for ages. We're all on the same team here, we all want the game to succeed and both attract new players and retain the existing/older ones, this is how you build a solid community and make a game strong. Hopefully this is where we head as a Neverwinter community now. *thumbs up*
Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

The first thing I'd do around here is a unified channel for dev comments. Users have to monitor the forum, Discord, Twitter, Twitch, and sometimes even Reddit. Often there's some Twitter news that doesn't get reposted around here or a comment by a dev on Discord that you might miss unless it's talked about on YouTube or wherever.
Discord is technically the easiest way to stream all dev "content" to, but imho this forum is the appropriate place. It's not the #1 issue, but shows that communications issues aren't getting the attention they should.
Other than that, unless Kael has a vastly different job description than Julia, I don't know where improvements can come from. I've only ever been a CM for eight months for a different title, but what I did tell the studio was that they're basically paying me to play the game full time. Because you're only getting a true sense of the community if you live within it. It appears that has never been the case for Neverwinter. All CMs were outsiders.
