Change the new healing Enchantement

The new healing Enchantement is really not optimal. Instead of giving the 5 % protection and movement speed on AOE heals it should give stats per role?
Example:
When tank is healed give always 5 % damage reduction and movement speed or make it a 20 % chance or whatever
When DPS ist healed give recharge speed or AP gain fix or as a 10 % chance
When healer heals give movement and whatever also fix or by chance.
The Probl on the current enchatement is: Most tanks don't want to be shielded. But with the enchatement and the cleric healing with RB it's needed.
Only 1 Group member gets something while others get nothing.
Even as a healer running flash freeze would be better because if it procs onec the whole group benefits.
