How Does One Purchase the zen with bonus?

I see there is a zen with bonus sale now until Dec. 1st, but I haven't been able to figure out where we make this purchase? Everything I click on only has the usual added zen, and I've even looked at this from Arc games. The news announcement was very vague and only said to unlock the bonus. I'm puzzled and can anyone explain what I'm missing?
